Inside-mount: treatments fit within the window frame to showcase the window’s existing trim. For inside-mount treatments, certain deductions are taken by the manufacturer to ensure a perfect fit.

Outside-mount: window treatments are mounted to the wall or ceiling outside the window’s existing trim for improved privacy and light control or to accommodate a window that is not perfectly square. Since no deductions are made by the manufacturer to outside-mount window treatments, exact measurements are required.

Lift Position: Select the placement of the lift cord used to raise and lower the window treatment. Available on the left or right for shades with standard cord control.

Privacy Liner: Add a privacy liner to sheer or light-filtering shades for improved privacy and light control. Privacy liners allow diffused light to enter the room, and objects appear as silhouettes from outside. All privacy liners are neutral to the street side for a unified exterior appearance.

Blackout Liner: Add a blackout liner to sheer or light-filtering shades for maximum privacy and light control. Blackout liners block almost all light from entering the room, and they prevent objects from appearing even as silhouettes from outside. All blackout liners are neutral to the street side for a unified exterior appearance.
